Works good. You have to be very careful and gentle. Two stars subtracted because of the oil. it says to apply it to the external part of the ear only, not in the ear canal. I thought it would help soften the wax. It does nothing other than act as a moisturizer for your outer ear, and I have things I already use for that.

I REALLYLIKE IT AND USE THEM A LOT

The drops are easy to use, and after one use when I had a doctor appointment, my ears looked "very clean." The rounded end of the cleaner feels great exfoliating my outer ears, and either end will grab wax easily.

The oil bottle was not capped properly and leaked all over the box. Big mess, got it all over my hands. The little swabs themselves are stiff and very little flex to them at all. Painful to use. Threw them all away.

Much better than using a car key. Innovative. I hear better.

I love these! They work much better to clear the ear than anything i have tried. The spoon is useless, but the other end is wonderful. I clean it with hot water and they are good for 5-8 uses. I tend to lose them faster.

Terrible. Hurt my ears. Very hard plastic.
