Very mild tasting if that's what you are looking for
I wanted the health benefits associated with Natto in an easy to use form. I mixed this into my coffee drink (which is my own blend of coffee, chickory coffee, barley coffee, mushroom powder, natto powder, cacao, and cinnamon) topped with cream. Delicious and packed with the nutrients I want.

Mild and Delicious
This is a delicious way to get vitamin K2 into the diet. I was surprised when I originally opened the jar of this product that it has a scent similar to fresh buttermilk. I add it to pasta and soups. This product is very mild and adds a depth of flavor to any combination of spices. I've heard that fermented soybean paste can have a slimy texture that can be offensive to Westerners, but this powder does not exhibit any such textural issues when used in cooking.

love nato, and though the taste of nato is not really present there is a bit of slip to this in liquid which isn't a bad thing as your directed to use just a bit. but it is a healthy additive. it was fresh! ty

No Taste, No Flavor
No Taste, No scent of anything recognizable, and no taste. Could be dried pulverized camel dung. Amazon is protecting these fleecers too! Don't bother with this brand - thinking about dropping Amazon as well.

no idea what to do with it
I've tried a few things with this added, hot and cold. Not sure how one consumes this. I'm entirely underwhelmed so far. My interest is 30% health and the rest culinary. To my thinking it's not very useful nor interesting. But I'm told it is possibly healthy for the gut for some reason unknown to me at the moment.
