I love these Chaco slides
This might be my fifth pair of these sandals. I love them. I wear them everyday. We have hard word floors throughout our home and these are my house shoes. But I also have a pair for when I leave the house. I am hard on my shoes. Usually a pair of these sandals lasts me about 8 months. I am slightly disappointed in the quality of them coming from Chaco, but the comfort is worth it.

Absolutely a zero
Would give them no stars if I had the option. Sandals came in speedy time. HOWEVER couple slight issues here; they're 100% USED. Dirty, strap is broken, and the tread in the bottom shows signs of heavy wear bought as (brand new). Pictures shown are immediately after opening box.

Excellent sandal for the money
I picked these up for less than $40, which is a real deal for Chaco sandals. They are a bit lighter weight than my wife's Chaco's but still well constructed and comfortable. I do suspect that their lighter construction will result in a shorter life expectancy but that's a trade-off I'm willing to make for the excellent price.

Nice!
First off, I have tried a few of these (men's and women's) looking for the best match for travel. Initially I started with the fuchsia color but they were way too bright. The tie dye is beautiful but also impractically colorful for me.From what I can tell, a women's 11 is equivalent to a men's 9. I wear barefoot shoes constantly so I've had to be very picky about the sandals I wear. My feet like wide shoes with a full toe box. These sandals are very comfortable and are even better with socks. The sole is harder than I like but supportive and has arch support. One gripe I have is the Chacos logo is engraved into the footed and it's a little uncomfortable because you can feel it when you're walking. I like the ease of a slide, no straps on the back to cause blisters.

Not sure about these yet…
I purchased two pair of these, sizes 9 and 10, planning to return the ones that didn’t fit. Unfortunately for my wallet, the 10s were perfect while wearing socks and the 9s felt great barefoot, so I kept both. After not quite two months of wearing them both occasionally (exclusively indoors), the 10s tore so the strap was longer attached so I decided to contact Chaco’s.Good luck. They seem to care about customer service and I haven’t had a bad experience with a person but the support options became irritating quickly. I saw no email support. When calling their phone number, none of the options seemed quite right for my call - the option I selected redirected me to their website. I then tried chat: nothing would happen when using my iPad Pro. Back to the phone in case I missed something (nope) so back to the website to try a chat with support on a laptop. He redirected me back to the website to fill out the "defective order form". After filling out the minimal info and uploading required photos, I explained the problem the best I could in the 200-character-limited text field. Thanks. I have no way of even asking someone about my concern with the other pair I haven’t worn as much. I guess I’ll just have to eat them when they tear. They’re really comfortable slides and I thought I’d hit the jackpot: they felt great and I’d caught a good sale on Amazon. Given the amount of time I’m spending trying to get these fixed/replaced/returned they would have to pay *me* for these to be economical. And no, I can’t return them to Amazon (one of the suggestions under one of the phone options). I received them in Oct 30 and they tore just before Christmas. With the holidays, and no email support, I waited until January 3; perhaps that was too long for these to be returned to Amazon (the return option is no longer available).

Broke after 2 months
I thought Chaco was a brand that sells quality sandals. Strap loop broke after 2-3 months of casual use. It was poorly made and the warranty apparently does not cover normal wear and tear. Since that's considered normal wear and tear, these sandals were apparently made to have very limited usage. Will not be buying Chacos again.
