Ideal gadget
Beautifully made, to replace an ordinary seat tube clamp to provide you with attachment points to fit a rear carrier if your frame has no eyelets. You have to ensure you take accurate measurements of your frame and seat post to get the right size. Also check that your carrier attachment arms will reach the provided eyelets before purchasing at they are the same height as the clamp. Not the cheapest but very good quality.

Ignore the bad reviews, this is the right size and works perfectly!
You need to know something about bikes - or just read the very clear description - before buying this and then leaving bad reviews. This is a replacement seat post clamp that has attachment points for a rear rack. It fits the the top of the seat tube (the bike frame) *NOT* onto the seat post. Once fitted it clamps the seat post into the tube (into the bike frame). So if you have a standard seat post of 31.8mm OD then this is a perfect fit onto the seat tube with an OD of 34.9mm. If you try to fit this to the post it will - obviously - seem to be exactly 3.1mm too large. I’m very happy with the purchase.
