Q: Hi, i applied it to my skin but my skin did not go blue nor there was any tangling. Is this normal?

Sounds like this is not the same as the Obagi Blue Peel, as that is in no way an at home treatment. The actual Obagi Blue Peel should be done under sedation, or at least with the use of Xanax and under a doctor or nurses direct supervision. I have had that treatment done before and it’s BRUTAL! It does in fact stain your skin blue, so the person applying it to your skin can verify where the acid has already been, as to not overdo it. The name of this particular treatment kind of through me for a loop, as I thought it might be the same thing, but it isn’t. It sounds like it is simply a peel that isn’t too intense so that it can be an at-home treatment that you do on yourself. Calling this a blue acid peel definitely is confusing considering their other treatment does in fact stain your skin blue.

Q: How long does the peeling process takes?

My clients experience a light peeling of the skin within 48 hours and it lasts for about another 48-72 hours depending on skin type.

Q: Will it peel if you use half of the vial?

It truly depends on your skin type. Sensitive skin I would think it would work. Try and see

Q: Would this work for scars on legs?

Yes, it is suitable for all types and areas of skin. You will find you may need to leave it on a bit longer on legs as the skin is thicker than facial skin.
