Original taste and texture. I spent the first 35 years of my life eating Vienna Beef Sausages in Gary IN and Chicago. I have spent the last 22 years living in Arkansas and missing that one of a kind taste. These came packed well. Many were still linked together. It was also a joy to share a piece of home with my Arkansas native wife. I vacuum sealed some for long term freshness. Well worth the money.

Tastes great, casings too thick to bite through. Had to either pull the skins off (defeats the reason to buy natural casings or cut with sharp knife). My wife won't eat them at all. 10 lbs of polish sausage is a lot for just me.

Loved these and I would recommend them. They are a tad expensive but worth it to me as a one time purchase.

As a Chicago native its nice to know i can still get a taste of home. It got here quick and tastes delicious.
