For the price they work well better than more expensive "Orthopedic" foam and plastic ones I've tried. They aren't made to be used for as long as I do but I wear the for over a year where the heal starts to crack. Awesome strength compared to other ones.I have recommended it to my coworkers who work 10hr shifts.Your feet are still tired after standing 10 hrs but the tendon in the bottom of the foot doesn't hurt.I wear size 15 wide shoes and use the 14.5 size because it's as close as I can find with a low rise.

This is absolutely crazy comfortable. I'm an extreme skeptic. I got these today and put them in my shoes for the first time after building our garden all day. Oh wow. Instantly no pain. My wife thought I was hurt due to my tears. These things are no joke. I'm going to order another set just for spares.

These give me so much comfort. I have super high arches from morton toes, bunions, and helix limitus. When my feet flare up, I need the high arches and even need an additional metatarsal pad. I love that I can adjust the arch to fit how my feet are feeling. I have 14 pairs of these. They will work on low heels; say less than 2 inches.

It started with my heels hurting on my high medium arched feet. I went to the Good Feet Store and felt immediate relief in these plastic insoles until they showed me the bill. Cheapest was $2100. I about fell over and walked out. So I started researching and I have tried several insoles but these come with low, medium and high arch support insoles. I have mine on low arch support for now and it works in my Hoka Shoes. I cannot wear these insoles in every shoe but what I noticed is if I wear these first thing in the morning for a short time or in my Hokas at work all day it helps. Anytime I am on concrete it hurts my heels. So I try and have these in my athletic shoes. I do worry about summer and sandal weather coming up.

These insoles work pretty good, but sometimes it feels like the front side of my foot slides to the right. I have to wear a thin insole under these.
