Michael Kors Liliane Watch for Women, Quartz movement with Stainless steel, Ceramic, or Leather strap

Lovely watch but, if u need to adjust the strap like I did it's a nightmare to find someone that will touch a Ceramic strap. I went to 2 Micheal Kors stores and because I didn't buy it in the store they wouldn't touch it! The 2nd MK store said try the stall in the shopping centre selling watches he also repairs and adjusts straps. He was my last hope. He did it reluctantly for me because he said it could break. If he hadn't of done it for me I'm sorry but I was going to send it back to Amazon for a refund. So, GOOD LUCK if u buy this watch and it needs adjusting! Amazon do not provide the warranty and MK send u back to Amazon. That was my experience anyway.
