Responsive seller. Works great.
My surface Pro seven arrived faster than expected, but the system hadn’t been completely wiped so I wasn’t able to reset it or login without a password that I didn’t have. The seller was very helpful with sending me a replacement that works flawlessly and again expedited the shipping.

Compact and easy to use
This surface is so far better and advanced than my last one surface pro 3 this is so fast and I couldn’t be happier worth every penny the only downside it doesn’t come with a key board I was able to use my old one from from old surface

DOA Tablet digitizer
Got this in July to replace an old sufrace. Just had the opportunity to try and set it up. There is a strip of 2cm across the length of the bottom that does not accept touch input. Its HW, not software so this surface is DoA

BEWARE of what you think you're getting
Ordered "good condition", received "acceptable condition". Blemishes on the front, side, and back of the body, clearly visible within one foot and perceptible by touch. And I wouldn't even consider them "light scratches", it's more of a "this device was dropped on concrete".Device does work, so I guess that's good. Battery is ok, but device died fairly quick while in sleep mode. Don't have any previous experience to compare it to.

No buyers remorse but...
I am a bit disappointed in the Surface Pro 7 due to its sluggish keyboard and touchscreen response. The case I tried and bluetooth keyboard, both third party but well rated, were epic failures. The processor seems easily bogged down so I got rid of some apps that seem to be culprits. That said, the screen clarity is great and since I prefer MS 365 I am sure the computer will be of good use.
