This is the best tumbler. it keeps my tea actually hot for at least 3 hours, then it does cool down, but not that bad and you can still drink it and its still a little better than warm. sort of in the middle. Its got a nice handle on it and I love the swing closer on top. You do have to keep it closed though if you want the coffee or tea to stay hot. But that's not hard to do. It doesn't leak and I like the mat finish on it. the tumbler doesn't get hot on the outside either. I've tried a couple of other tumblers for hot liquids and they didn't do anything. This is the best I've found. I'm going to get another one. I bought the short one.

I wanted a cup that would keep water cold overnight and tried other cheaper models. Even with ice, the other models were warm within a few hours. This stays cold ALL night and has an antislip bottom and an easy open latch. Good product.

It’ not advertised as leak proof & it’s not. You’ll want to keep it upright at all times. I like the stubby short & fat shape as it keeps the center of gravity low. My taller mugs like to tip easily. This little 16oz guy does fit in my vehicle cup holder but it is large with room for the handle. I was surprised to see placing ice cubes in it has dented the inside bottom. The lid comes apart easily and should not wear out from disassembly. Keeps my coffee very hot at a sipping only temperature for an hour drive to work. I’m very pleased.

I am writing this review while drinking 1.5-hour-old tea from this mug; it is still hot!I needed an insulated mug short enough to go under my espresso machine spout and keep my coffee hot for a long time as I am a slow drinker. This mug was the right one for me and whoever needs a cup that keeps their drink hot for a couple of hours. (by far the best, in terms of keeping it warm the longest)However, this mug is too wide for a car cup holder, and the lid is not leakproof, so be aware. I don't carry this to the car, so I am okay with the size and not being leakproof.

We use these mugs constantly. Love them!I am **having to look for lid replacements** and not having any success tho or this would have a five star rating .These are fantastic mugs. If you look closely tho, the metro part of the name applies to other items they sell. Make sure you will get what you want.Great size, cold stays cold and hot stays hot. Good value. Lids keep a good seal. I just need to find a couple to replace the ones i have.

I like the qualities of this coffee cup, but the flaw is right on the side I drink from. It is sharp/rough in that area. I didn't notice it until I had thrown the packaging away, so couldn't/didn't send it back. And My friends and family noticed it right away. 😞 I've been using this cup for most of my drinks, hot or cold. Even with the flaw it keeps my drinks like I like them & the lid is handy when I'm outside.

I’m very happy with this purchase. This insulated mug with a non slip bottom is sturdy, well made and much less expensive than the other more well known brands. Just noting that I ordered the off- white color but it’s more like a light grey.

The finsish fell off the handle. I can't find out how to get ahold of customer service for this company. For $20 I expect better quality.
