Received beat up and broken after paying high shipping fees!
I was so excited when I found these! It was perfect for sending my best friends who’s birthday I could not be there for. However, they charge you 14.99 for shipping and it arrived in a beat up box, all melted and pieces of letters and decorations all over the place. In order to figure out what I’d sent her she had to take all the pieces apart and put them back together again! They do nothing for packing that helps with holding the items secure or preventing them from melting just a small box for amazon to throw around! I’m quite disappointed!
