Great Book, but even better yet...practical wisdom and actionable items. Big problem with most real estate 'gurus' or webinars, is sharing information, then you still may not know how to do it! Well this book lays it out there step by step! You just have to have the desire to truly pursue financial freedom, not just talk about it! Do yourself and your family a favor and just buy the book and enjoy the ride!

This book has great in site on Apartment investing as a lead or passive investor, it really give you an understanding about the Risk and Reward. I believe it help you minimize your risk and stop you from being analyze paralyzed. Good information.

This book is very informative and easy to read. Has so many ideas for you to get started. What I liked the most about the book for me, is it confirmed that I am not interested in investing into apartment buildings. But I’m more of a duplex investor. I wouldn’t have known that without reading this book. I’ll use key tools from this book building my portfolio.
