Very easy to assemble. Seems sturdy. The floor is very thin and would not be suitable for very cold climates. I live in the South so I think it will be ok. I put straw in the house for the kitty. I guess to clean it you would turn it upside down and pop up the floor to remove the old straw. Time will tell how well it holds up. Good price. Arrived early with no issues.

I bought this cat house for the feral and neighborhood cats that like to visit. It gets to -40C in central Alberta so I lined it with a reflective foam core radiant insulation and put a pet heating mat on the floor that keeps it toasty warm. The two doors allows the skittish cats to have an exit strategy if another cat comes around. It’s easy to assemble and fit together well.

The price shown is misleading! Ended up billed nearly TWICE as much!!!!!

part 3 (side board with window) is defectivethe screw hole was broken when I received the package. Therefore, the board could not be fixed with another. I could not contact the seller for the replacement.Amazon please give a solution!
