The taste and smell of these multivitamins are kind of unique, but not unpleasant. They taste sort of like mint and (alfalfa?). The trick is to swallow quickly while mint comes across strongly enough. If I swallow quickly, I can easily enough swallow whole. My first experience was that I let a pill sit in my mouth too long and underlying flavors surfaced and then I had to cut it in half. Obviously something psychological. Now I know better. I give 5 stars because I like all the benefits claimed.
