Works on blackout with modds and works best on caldera10e with 19t pinnion
Used this to upgrade a redcat blackout from the stock plastic...it is way smaller than stock and the motor mount needs slotted farther to get the pinnion to mesh good with the spur.......lost a little power on the holeshot but gained a bit up top....holding strong on 3s....Update this didn't work out for me as hoped on the blackout too much cogging even with the smallest pinnion possible after engine mount mods....turns out is a perfect fit on the redcat caldera with the 19t pinnion ...almost matches stock gearing just slightly lower ...worked out being as I'm running bigger tires

Great parts, good quality, perfect fit.
The stock set held up really well to a 4300kv brushless setup. Unfortunately it gave out, these fit great and worked perfectly. Exact same gearing as the stock setup on the volcano epx.

Nice but don't work for Everest 10
These seem like really nice quality, but I am disappointed because it does not work for my Redcat Everest 10. This comes up when searching for gears for that truck, but I should have paid better attention to the pictures. My gears have a six hole pattern, this has an eight hole pattern. The center to center would work if the spur gear hub pattern matched. This is also not eligible for return, so I'm stuck with it. Oh well.

Don’t fit gen7 Redcat
It dose not fit a Redcat gen7 at all

Nylon and brass lasted me longer.
Worked almost a charge and a half on my stock 1/10 scale Redcat Caldera xb 10e before stripping out.

Good quality parts
Doesnt fit my rc car and no returns.. I should of done my research.. made of high quality materials.. if it was for my car i would be very pleased.. my bad..

Great upgrade or replacement
Purchased this gear set over four months ago I am running them on a volcano EPX with a 5000 mah Lithium ion, no problem holding up at all

Bad service, screw comes loose
Looked great upon arrival, I fitted it and got the mesh perfect, after about 5 minutes of driving the screw holding the gear onto the motor shaft came loose and tore up the teeth and both gears. Wont let me get a refund or replacement. Bad service.
