I have used this product for years to cover my roots and have been very pleased with the results. However, this most recent order was different and very disappointing. When applying the wand to my roots I noticed a pulling of my hair. The wire of the wand actually pulled out some of my hair. When I examined it more closely I saw a wire sticking out at the end of the wand, slightly longer than the other wires. This was the cause of my hair being pulled out. I had saved my last wand, thankfully, and compared it to a new wand. There is a difference. Rather than risk more hair being pulled out, I am using my old wand with the new tube of hair color. This product is definitely being manufactured differently, and the result may be some unwanted bald spots on ladies' heads.

It’s a great touch up tool. Be careful to choose the correct color for you.

I color my beard as well as the hair on the top of my head, and the sides of my beard develop gray roots pretty quickly. I use these to touch up the roots every morning. The brush is ridiculously easy to use, and takes about 5 seconds. The auburn nicely matches Clairol's 6R.

I like this item as I can gradually darken my grey and not shock my friends with a sudden dark beard. I like to touch up certain areas giving me a younger look. It’s easy to apply. I’ll be buying this again.

It’s leaked out all over and it’s not even a liquid product. I don’t know how that even happens or if it’s used or what.Also, I ordered dark copper not ‘Ronald McDonald’

The shade didn’t turn out as light as advertised unless your hair is already very bright. I used it once and wasn’t impressed. Won’t be using it again.
