Not useful at all!!!!
I tried it and it’s useless not doing the job at all !

Good but not good enough
I got these to try to block out the sound of my husband snoring, while it does block out a good amount of sound, it doesn't block out a snoring husband. They are easier to insert than the foam ear plugs but they do put quite a bit of pressure on your ears and after a while are quite painful.

Impressed all around.
Use them on my motorcycle and I am impressed. Very comfortable while wearing a helmet.
