Great performance
Value for money product. Good performance, goes up to 12km/hour, quite good & wide space to walk. Service/installation was fast, with one booking. Friendly support team, very helpful even covid times.

Really good product worth the price
We have bought this product around two weeks ago and so far it has been working great. We haven’t faced any issues with the treadmill and it was very easy to install, you can do it yourself with simple tools. The machine is also easy to control but you might have some issues with setting the manual incline. Excellent product overall.

Amazon team was not helpful but the original seller was very helpful
We ordered this product which is fulfilled by Amazon so that we can have better customer support. Amazon had no idea about the product’s plug not being UAE friendly (Indian round 3 pin plug). They weren’t ready to help us in anyway. However, team from power max contacted us directly and procured a converter and installed it for us. It is perfect for home use. Compact and sturdy. Power max made it very easy for us. Thanks a lot

Not happy with the item
Not happy with the service the guy who was installed the machine says that the plug (3pin) i can buy easily any stores but its difficult to find the plug it is not a normal (3pin plug) and the incliner is difficult to adjust very disappointed...machine itself is heavy... not recommended

I feel difficulty for installation and approach
First thing price ?When I see the price really I am happy and I made order immediately due the price very very reasonableSecond thing when you buy anything you are looking for good features I find everything in this treadmill like heart beat monitor which is very important during running ,Music speed control and the most important thing the key when you fall down automatically machine stop 👍😆
