A caviar bite that pops and pops with value.
The description caught my attention; the provenance and grade of egg caught my attention and the price to value ratio seemed balanced--so without knowledge of the brand, I ordered. It was for our wedding anniversary. A quiet event in our own home with just the two of us. My wife loves caviar and I've become quite fond of it myself but the price usually places this purchase in the 'once in a blue moon' category.I'm pleased to report that the quality of the caviar is of the highest order. The eggs are firm with the characteristic 'pop', the consistency is smooth and creamy and the flavor is just slightly of the sea and rich, smooth and alluring.Very great product and an especially great value.
