Slower shipping but worth it.
I have been looking for a replacement chromium supplement . I use to take chromax that had 2 types of chromium in it. I can't find anything like it anymore. I have started this name brand and so far I like the quality of the product. Slower shipping but good quality product.

Need to take it more often
I have been taking this for quite a while, but I do take quite a few supplements and I don’t take them every day. I know I am taking something that is helping my dark spots on my face. One spot is almost completely gone, but I am not sure which supplement it is. Don’t believe it is this and as for blood sugar regulation, I have not had labs in quite a while. I need to start taking it and see if it helps regulate that and also, hopefully to curb my sweet addiction. I never used to eat a lot of chocolate or sweets, but these days I crave them and would prefer healthier options such as apples over chocolate.

Quality and Effectiveness
This is my 3rd bottle. I use this with a small dosage of my insulin and YES be extra careful because it can lower your blood sugars low. I use this brand of chromium due to the research I did. This product does not have extra additives. I also take Luma Nutrition brand of Berberine.

Not as Good…
I had tried a different brand (Now-GTF Chromium) and went to these because I trust the brand. They are capsules, the others are tablets. I usually prefer capsules over tablets for swallowability and faster effectiveness. These however were not as effective as the Now GTF-Chromium tablets. I take them when I eat high carbs. It helps my body process carbs since developing a fatty liver. I don’t have heartburn when I use Chromium, but these were less effective and more expensive. Disappointed.
