Bought it for back support, what I love the most about it is it covers a large surface area, I don’t feel like it’s digging into me like the ones I had before. And it holds really tight, I feel supported and no pain.

I first ordered this brace from Walmart, never got it and WM refunded money. Then I got a personal note from Bogdana, Aveston founder, apologizing for mix-up with the WM brace, which she enclosed at no charge. I am 79, with spinal stenosis and feel like my "tent pole" has been yanked out. This brace provides the support I need. My midriff is shorter now and the support fits between my boobs and waist. Bogdana's product insert says she designed this brace after giving birth and not finding a brace that fit. Thank you, Bogdana, for this brace. I highly recommend specifically for women.. For reference, I am 5'2", 195 lbs, wear 16-18W pants and am pleased with the Large brace. I now have three!

The Size was smaller than I expected. I wear size 36 pants and I measured the Circumference "Around Belly was 40".They advertise Circumference 37 – 45" Around Belly. For me at 40 " it JUST FITS correctly.I had it over a week and I am happy with it. I use it when doing bending in the backyard garden & when sitting for a while using the computer. But... I was not expecting a cure all.

It fits well, is comfortable, has good breathability and helps me maintain better posture when lifting, leaning, ect.The edges roll just a bit but not enough to be an issue.

I shopped a long time, trying to find the right brace to help ease my back pain. Sadly, this one was a disappointment. The first issue was sizing. I purchased according to the size chart but it was way too small around. The other issue was the velcro... oh my goodness, it was so tight I couldn't even get it separated and had to have help! I know you need it to cling well for a secure fit but it shouldn't take two people to get in on and off! I did like the removable pad. It is firm but flexible and easy to insert for extra padding and comfort. Overall, I cannot recommend this back brace.

I’m highly surprised & highly pleased by this Aveston back brace. On the very first day of use, my lower back was immediately relieved of its constant ache. I did not previously suffer from terrible pain, just a significantly irritating & constant deep ache. I’ve no ideal how it works so well, it just does. The stays & the lumbar insert must be just what my scoliosis-impacted back needed, though both supports are almost imperceptible in wearing. I am a happy camper & have ordered 2 more so that I can always have a clean one on hand. Thank you Aveston!

Just received the lower back brace and it’s advertised with a removable lumbar pad. This did not come with the lumbar pad. Getting ready to return it. I want to amend my review. I was contacted by the owner of the company to correct their mistake. Today I received the lumbar pad, and my wife is trying it out. She has serious back issues and we will see over the next couple of weeks how this is helping her. Stay tuned !!!!

Needed this in a hurry, and Amazon and the vendor did not disappoint! I like the removable pad at the spine area, gives more flexibility on how much support you want. Also like the amount of velcro used, definitely does not come undone on its own. Follow the instructions on ordering as far as taking your measurements to get the right size. I also liked the way it fastens - set it around the waist first and then use the two side bands to tighten to the support needed.
