Great pulled pork Rub!
Ive used this rub on spare ribs and pulled pork. The first time I put to much on the ribs and it made the bark on the ribs kinda mushy or powdery. The second time I used less and the texture was much better. I think I like it better on the pulled pork. I rubbed the butt with it and after the cook I pulled the pork in a pan and while still hot I tossed more of this rub in and a little left over juice from the butt and it was delicious. Every one loved it!

Flavor!!
So much flavor and not super salty. We use this on ribs and country style pork ribs every time and my family loves it

Good value/Great Product
This is my go to rub, I use it on ribs, smoked meatloaf, smoked boston butts and well anything that is going to be BBQ. The big pack is a good value, if you are going to do a good amount of BBQ during the year this makes the price point per ounce reasonable.
