Kenwood DMX907S Excelon 6.95 Inch Capacitive Screen Multimedia Receiver (Renewed)

It's been a couple of months and it's been working without a hitch. I was actually a little worried, but it's working fine.

This thing was a piece of crap! Stopped recognizing my finger touching it, volume goes down by itself, disconnects whenever my phone loses wifi, buttons don't illuminate, just installed Saturday and it's trash by Monday. Called support and all they can do is offer a refund.

I didnt like it. The screen is almost the same size as my phone but with far less resolution and very inferior technology. My phone has a amoled screen which is amazing. So when i look at this TN TFT panel its like going back 20 years in time...the wireless android auto most of the time doesn't work. So a message appears telling that i should plug the cable thats like at least 30sec or more maybe even 1 min after i start the car, and im already driving. So annoying... i would say its 50-50 or less chance it connects and works when you start the car. It has a million sound options and configurations for the music. But in my opinion its all a gimmick. Matter of fact i think all this divice is a big expensive gimmick. I think it would be maybe a good buy for half the price. So if you connect android auto via usb cable works well. But i rather look at my phone. And i also rather control the music from my phone. Its far easier. The only thing i really liked was how it look in the center console.
