Really impressed with this glue. Watched a tutorial on how to use it and did a perfect job sticking my plant to the rock. I let it set for one minute, dropped it in the tank and it did great. Would definitely buy again. The quantity you get for the price is also great.

Ideal for coral frags

I bought this to glue algae and plants onto some driftwood for my fish tanks, which worked perfectly, so already 10/10 for the product doing what it was supposed to do. BUT! Our swimming pool liner sprung several leaks and this was the only thing that was capable of repairing them with water still in the pool. Intended use? No. Will it last forever? I have no idea. But it worked in the short term so I'm happy!

Now, perhaps you're new to using superglue gel in an aquarium, as I was. Let me just say, as a half-century aquarist, it's been a game-changer for me. No longer are you stuck tying things like Java fern to a rock instead of growing it where you want it. Superglue gel makes it easy.Now ... I really doubt this is much different than Superglue brand, or the Gorilla Glue gel my son swears by ... but this was plenty cheap enough, and works great. Just make sure to dry off the plant and the substrate you intend to attach it to, just for ~10 seconds or so; that's all it takes. Yes, if you intend to attach it to a DIY in-tank background, as I did, it'll take some planning, ie, attach plants before you cycle the tank or add fish or water ... but with a bit of planning, easy. Absolutely simple to attach plants to small, easy to add stones, to place in the filled tank later on. Like I said, a game-changer!

Ultimately, this product DOES work, but it can be a headache to get it there. The glue itself is messy (to be expected -- it's glue), but I don't love that it dries an obvious white, so all the mess that you made when it was clear is now visible in your aquarium. And this glue takes FOREVER to cure. I have used it to adhere live plants to rock, and after pressing, keeping wet, and attempting to hold everything in place from a few minutes to over an hour, it's still hit or miss as to whether or not the plant will actually stay attached to the rock or not.

I used this glue to attach some lightweight silicone plants to river rocks (what I use for gravel in my aquarium) so they could be separated & not float, & it worked perfectly. Using the glue does absolutely require gloves, don't ignore that instruction! My small, dextrous hands still got glue on them with just using finger cots lol. But it wasn't irritating to my skin, just took some scrubbing to get off. While I haven't tested this glue with live plants yet, it's recommended for that and safe for all your fish. While the tubes are small, you don't need a lot. So you get a lot for the price. Great product.

This glue is made for water. Ideal for Aquariums (Fresh- and Saltwater) to glue corals on the rocks. The apexed opening makes it easy to reach the area you need or want. Highly recommended. Very efficient.

So I bought this to glue my clay pots together, at first I glued the two and held them for 2min it came apart instantly.The second time I positioned them sideways held for tightly for 2min then let them sit close together for approximately 3 hours. It still didn’t hold?Maybe I got a bad batch or it’s outdated I don’t know.But that’s why I rated it a 2 star… I’m just going to go to pet store tomorrow and purchase a different brand.
