Great steps for the cats - works great. Make sure you know which way you want them to go - can go either left or right. Hammer the step into the slot that gets attached to the wall. So put it together first

Amazing, sturdy, and love the new bidirectional ones where you can mount them to go in either direction. Wish they came in white, but they're paintable.

The quality of the cat tower, the wood and fabric parts are exceptional - but I have to take off 2 stars because of the instructions/assembly. Basically - look at pictures, cross your fingers, and be prepared for a LONG frustrating process to put it together. Four of the parts were incorrectly labeled - luckily I figured this out on Step 2 because it was impossible to assemble as instructed and only made sense if I flipped the pieces. I'm used to sewing from patterns and going from 2D pictures to 3D objects and I needed that talent for this! There was also 1 piece 'left over' (the grey board on the bottom) on the part list, but not even mentioned in the instructions, and two sets of screws also entirely missing from directions. You get to the last page and even the picture is 'incomplete'. It isn't like I was missing a page because on the backside of the last step, the page was just blank. I'm very happy with the end product, but am VERY glad to put the 2.5 hours of aggravation of assembly behind me. I can only imagine the frustration if you attempt to follow along and strip screws from assembling and dissembling these parts.

These held up for less than a month - the stairs fall off, it does not mount 100% properly, my cats can’t use them at all without them totally falling apart- so disappointed. Basically unusable!!!!! Total waste of $..

I got one going each way. Both colors matched perfectly which was something I was concerned about since a previous reviewer mentioned and sent a picture showing a difference. They seem to have fixed that!They are quite short, which is fine. Measurements in description are accurate. Just for my purpose, I needed to add a sturdy shelf to make it so my cats can turn around. I got them so my cats can get up on the bookshelves in my office.We have three cats, one being quite large, though not as large as a maine coon. Because of that, we used heavier duty anchors from the hardware store so I cant attest to the quality of the provided anchors.The steps themselves are sturdy. We don't see any signs of bowing or separation and we've had them almost 2 months now. Rope is also in the same condition secured to the steps.

I bought these for my aging cat who was struggling to jump up and eat on occasion. Because of my dog’s I have to keep her food up. These worked perfectly! I did have to attach with screws out because they interfered with the drawers opening and closing. But once I make a trip to hardware store, I’ll fix that. My baby is a hefty rag doll kitty and these are sturdy enough to support her.

The media could not be loaded. I have another one of these, but it was by a different manufacturer and it was very nice. Also sold through Amazon however, this one leaves a lot to be desired as some people pointed out. The rope is dirty and a bolt was missing so it could not be assembled properly or safely very unfortunate because these are the stairs that I need
