Works really well, no problems so far
Simple to use & powerful . Used for pumping out dirty water from a tank

Very powerful and pumps quietly and quickly.
I used this to drain a 1m cubed soak away put that proved unsuccessful due to clay soil. I bought a 32mm lay flat fabric hose and attached using jubilee clips. This pump would inflate the hose up hill and smooth out minor kinks to deliver a substantial volume of water in short time. The float switch is a bit temperamental to get the pump started in shallow water but did the job once the water level got so low that the pump would have soon run dry (which you mustn’t do for long). It coped with rather muddy water that had bits floating around in it.

Dependable
The pump emptied my giant pond over the course of three days. The flow is good, a bit like a normal tap on three quarters. It got blocked a few times, but I can't complain as the water I was pumping was very muddy. The fact it can be plugged directly into a standard hoselock connector is helpful (with 2 minutes cutting of included pipe). It does the job well.

Good but not as 7500l/h
Easy to use. Only comment is when emptying hot tub flow rate is more like 750l/h not the claimed 7500l/h

Great pump, been using for 3 years
I bought this pump 3 years ago so I think it's time to give it a review. It's still working great. I've used it to drain my hot tub once every 3 months and a 9000L pool at the end of the pool season for 3 years so it's had it's fair share of uses and still works great. The float sensor works very well and the pumping power is good.

really solid, well made product
So far so good, seems like a really well constructed and sturdy pump, flow rate is high so empties the hot tub really quickly, which is ideal for water changes. I could do with being weighted as it is a bit on light side, so you need to hold in the water and move round a bit to get the air out for it to sink and start up, but once going works well. Due to high of base the float cut off will be when you still have about 3 or 4 inches of water to empty.

Not fit for purpose
Absolute rubbish. Claims 7500l/h drainage, you might get 75 if you're lucky. Barely a trickle coming out of the pump. Also, the hose connector would not fit onto the outlet spout without some form of modification.

does a great job
The flow is better than I was expecting .
