Nicely packaged, no issues with assembly of parts and the wall fixing holes on the brackets do not interfere with the position of the handle. The only criticism is the cover plates to conceal the screw fixings were a loose fit, used clear silicone to bond them around the plates.

Excellent product. Very stylish and easy to fit

This rail is very sturdy and designed to cover a short flight of steps x3 in my case, or can be mounted horizontally as a grab rail. Made of very sturdy stainless steel looks like a designer piece, not a mobility aid.Only down side, was that it only came with one scre cover plate, should have been two. I don't mind as it was such a good choice and attractive as well

This is very nice up and easy to fit however I was annoyed that there was no wall plugs and screws with this so if you buy make sure you have screws and wall plugs in first, other than that it’s perfect my hallway is looking good now I just need to buy new carpet and wall panelling and it will look better when all finished

Good looing hand rails very easy to fit and very strong I would recommend , and at a decent price with fast delivery. James D

I was surprised to find that the wall screws and grub screws were not provided. You have to purchase separately which is bizarre! The cap also does not hide the wall mounts property. You have to glue it using silicone or some alternative adhesive. The wall mounts should extrude out to avoid this issues. Manufacturing should be revised.

Easy to fit but used other fixings to make it more secure. It looks good on the wall and helpful to use the steps. The only thing is that the covers over the screws is very loose and had to glue it to the wall the keep it in place.
