Best choice for me, best choice for my friend, with different needs
My body cannot tolerate the most common ache solution (Amazon product review policy limits naming Tyl and other inappropriate words so bear with me or my review will be rejected… again), but Anacin works great for me, better than Adv or Mot, way better than the Nap rox my doctor prescribed. Note I use it for occasional pain, my friend found it best for her chronic knee pain. Not for children!!!

A must have for me
This product is hard to find and this is the cheapest place to get it. I used to take Excedrin without Tylenol they don't make that anymore and all of their products have Tylenol now. I don't take Tylenol. This is just caffeine and aspirin and I will continue to repurchase for migraines.

In the rotation!
Have problems with back pain, and I take a number of pain relievers in rotation. I added this to the rotation and it seems to work great, especailly when I think a little caffeine is needed!
