I've discovered Peppers with flavor but no heat! Very nice when everything is so spicy these days. These are supposed to have the taste of Ghost Peppers without the heat. They are a nice addition to so many dishes. You can find them listed on the Scoville Heat Scale including what their attributes are.

Product is great. Packaging needs to be in a small box and not an envelope. Peppers are smashed and crushed. Good only if you are using them as crushed red pepper.

I needed these for a recipe and they are not a common ingredient in the USA. I was very happy to find them on Amazon and the quality of this item seems great; they were delicious! I used them for pasta con peperoni cruschi, a very simple and delicious dish. I will purchase them again for sure.

I am upset with the condition of these peppers. I bought these under the assumption that they would be whole. All of the peppers are crushed. If I wanted crushed I would have purchased crushed. Very disappointing. I like to soak in olive oil whole and slice into circular rounds. I don't recommend purchasing these. I am aggravated that I am not allowed to return. Have not tried or tasted.

I fries peppers in a little olive & mixed in pasta.

these peppers are usually quick fried, salted and eaten like potato chips. the peppers arrived crushed into small pieces. frying them was not possible so they were useless for the intended purpose.
