better quality than I expected for this price
The media could not be loaded. as an intermediate player, from middle to high school, I wanted my own clarinet in order to maintain my skills. I also thought it would be cool to have a pink one, even though colorful instruments are generally cheap and plastic. I was hesitant, but I bought it anyway. Here’s my thoughts:1. Buy your own reeds! This instrument comes with one unmarked, flimsy 2.5 reed with no case for it, and yes, this will affect the sound quality and playability. I purchased Rico 2.5 reeds, which are expensive lil pieces of wood, but worth it! With the Rico reeds, it sounds perfectly normal and plays smoothly.2. The brand logo is unflattering but it’s really small. On the pink one that I bought, it’s not very noticeable at all, but I still covered it with a sticker.3. Only “issue” I have is with the ligature. It doesn’t fit the mouth piece as well as it should. It took a bit of adjusting to get it to hold the reed properly in place without being too tight or too loose. Overall, it’s a minor inconvenience, but it might be a nuisance for beginners since even a slightly ill fitted reed can make the clarinet feel difficult to play.4. Like anything you buy brand new, you gotta break it in. The corks need to be greased up good, but they aren’t ridiculously tight. The grease it comes with does the job. Over time, it’ll be easier to assemble.5. The color is true to the picture. It’s a light, peachy, sunset pink. The instrument is well packaged and put together. All of the keys function properly and smoothly. I like the little instrument stand it comes with. Everything appears as advertised. Overall, great purchase, not just for the price, but also for beginners or hobby players looking for a reliable clarinet.

Good purchase
Sounds great. An excellent beginner clarinet. This is our second one; The first lasted 3 years of pretty rough use

Excellent for a starter
For the price I was a bit skeptical. However once received and my son got his hands on it, I couldn't get it away from him ;) went together easily and sounds good.

Thankful
Its beautiful and I have no real complaints everything came in except the little screw driver over all very happy it reminds me of my red one I used to have when I was younger no idea where it went but my lovely man wanted to do something for me and I'm so thankful for the condition it came in I was worried it would get damaged in prossesing but nope and the case is wonderful as well.

Get a different ligature
Bought this so I didn't have to pay hundreds to refit my old wooden clarinet that I haven't played in 30 years. I tend to obsess over something for a short period of time and then quit again so this was a nice purchase just for me to play around a little with. Sound was actually almost as good as my old wooden clarinet which surprised me. I like the matte finish. It's not something I will play every day, but will work fine for my occasional musical whims.Highly recommend buying a different mouthpiece ligature. The one with this is terrible and doesn't fit the mouthpiece well. Also, you should order extra reeds.

Broke several times within 5 months
Bought this for my daughter’s first band experience. This instrument broke the first time within 4 weeks with keys falling off, band teacher was able to fix it the first 2-3 times. It has now broken for the last time 5 months after purchase. Was told by a technician at the music store that it is just bad quality. No way to have it fixed + no way to contact company = me out $120, and looking for a replacement for my child.

Nice Instrument!
Purchased for my daughter who was playing clarinet in the school band - grades 4-5. She has been using it for 3 months now and is very happy with it!Pros: Sound is nice but you will have to upgrade the mouth piece as the attached picture shows. We bought a Yamaha brand - was not expensive. Comes with case and accessories like cleaning cloth, 1 cork grease and 2 reeds. Color is amazing as my daughter says!Nicely put together and good quality for a beginner. I think that it is fine for someone past the beginner stage. It's a really great buy for the price!Recommend: Buy extra cork grease and reeds - if your player has at least a year of playing, Reed strength 2.5 is really good on this instrument.
