This is a really good product for what it is. Got it for my mum from recommendation of my aunt and it fits / lies perfectly between the gap of the worktop and the cooker so that nothing falls between it. Previously I made long rolls with newspaper covered with foil so it could be wiped clean but overtime it would need replacing so this was the perfect item to use. I didn't need to cut it down and simply placed it and it was the right size for our cooker / worktop. Easy to wash after cooking or wiping down. Give it a wipe with sponge and liquid and it comes out clean when rinsed under water.Bought this at my in laws house too. The gap between the cooker and the worktop was uneven so couldn't just place it as I did at my mum's. Husband cut off some excess and we are using it at an angle. Attached picture shows how we changed to make it work for us in this setting. Again it's been the best decision we made in getting it as the gap between the cooker and the cupboard was filled with grease and odd bits of food will fall through. After cleaning between the gap and buying these covers, this has made a huge change and made our kitchen cleaner without any oil and spills falling through and making general cleaning of the cooker much easier.Would recommend everyone to get it. Although it is slightly expensive (when purchasing towards the end of the month after all other expenses), it is a good buy in the long term!

I sent this back. It was described as clear but it was actually semi transparent. It didn't look good
