Wonderchef Counter Top Dishwasher (9L, 1250W, White)

The dishwasher spray has stopped rotating...even after complaint it is the same.the technicians are not trained for the product.Kindly help to resolve the issue

Not even one month. Rotation of the spray stopped. Now water jet has also gone. Who make these sort of product? Replace the product.

I was bit apprehensieve before buying this product but one of my colleague was already using it and suggested me to buy this - And let me tell you this was one of better decisions that I chose to buy this applicance. It is a very convenient, portable counter top dish washer with easy installation. There is separate compartment at the base where detergent is added which then rotates along with powerful jet sprays to remove all stains from the utensils. Great product, highly recommended !

Please arrange replacement because we don't wantthis itemThis is not cleaning the Vessel

wonderchef service so pathetic. I bought blindly by trusting wonderchef brand but it does nothing. Am manually washing dishes even after spending so much on it. No response to calls or emails. After posting my feedback in their youtube channel, they sent one technician . I kept few dishes so that he can check but he didn't even know that he has come to check dishwasher..He was assigned to do service for nutriblender or small appliances. I don't even have one. I showed him this dishwasher. . He didn't know what is was. It was clear that for the first time he is seeing this machine. He didn't even know where to put detergent. He pressed all the buttons from left to right few times and turned off main power then again turned on to press all the buttons from right to left. He took video . That's all he did..He didn't keep the dishes to check. He didn't check why its not cleaning properly, why water not draining or why it's not drying. It's been 3 days still water dripping inside that machine. Technician said he'll get back to me in two days. But no response. More frustrating is am getting message from Wonderchef that my issues are resolved. It's really frustrating . I just fell for the outer look and compact size but now getting severe punishment . Whenever I see that machine my blood pressure rises to peak. I really hate to even go inside my kitchen because of that even more irritating is after spending so much money me washing dishes manually while it's uselessly occupying space in my kitchen. The product itself a failure . I don't understand why wonderchef released this and spoiling their brand name. They should understand this and recall this product. Improvise and release again. Worst is they blocked me from posting comments on their channel. Now they never respond to emails too. Worst treatment I ever faced. It doesn't deserve even 1 star rating but there is no option to give zero or negative.

All Wonderchef products are use and throw items even if it fails in warranty period. As there is no service Center for Wonderchef.. substandard products sold at high price.. my above review is based on few years of expression using their products

The product is very easy to use and cleans utensils so well, amazingly. Its really a Value for money product

So this is not a dishwasher but just a utensil sanitizer. There is no place to put the detergent and service staff has no clue about the product. We purchased the product directly from wonderchef and now struggling to return it. I feel cheated because it is advertised as dishwasher but all it is a sterilizer.
