Farmina Natural And Delicious Wild Herring Grain-Free Formula Dry Cat Food (Packaging May Vary)

Love this food for our finicky girls , they took to it right away , and I noticed within 2 weeks , they were losing less hair , looked and felt softer . Our Calico { Callie } always had a bit of roughness to the orange color of her coat , not now , soft as can be . Really pleased with this. I ordered several flavors all grain free . Wish they had can food . No matter , will always have this on hand , we are even giving it to a mama with 5 babies mixed with the Wysong freeze dried Quail , so the mama gets extra protein along with her can food . She is feral or just extremely scared , and we hope to take her to a ranch that serves as a animal sanctuary . No issues in the box activity either , a bit less smell for sure .

I have a picky picky siamese kitty. Since putting her on this brand, her long standing digestive issues have almost completely resolved. We got one bag in a different flavor to give her as a suppliment to her canned food. And we have used this flavor ( Wild Herring) as a replacement for her beloved Tempation treats. ( We just put the dry kibble in a former Temptations bag, we 'crackle' it and dispense it as if it is treats. She eats it up eagerly as if it really IS treats.As a result, her fur is substantially softer and shinier, and her constipation ( that has been an issue ever since I first met her) has almost completely resolved. I reccommend this product SO highly. She loves it, and I love the ingredients.She is an older kitty and she had been very very playful as a younger kitty. I used to joke that this kitty would rather play than eat. We used to lovingly refer to her as the ribbon slut because she would follow anyone who would pull a ribbon for her. lol.Then, in recent years, she had gotten slower and more sluggish. She just wanted to sleep instead of play. We thought it was just an inevitable part of her aging. BUT OMG, since putting her on this, all the playfulness has come back. Again, she can't get enough play time. The kitten is back!!! I love her so much and I'm so happy to see her living her best life.

back when we were newbie cat owners, we fed her the popular brands found in supermarkets (purina, fancy feast, etc). finally did some research about a year ago and found out how unhealthy those brands were (hereto forever known as "taco bell cat food"). after a harrowing trial period of different healthy brands (oh dear lord my wallet), we finally found farmina. she loves it. in fact, knowing that we will not just fill her bowl because she's meowing for it, she will literally portion out her daily ration and snack accordingly. her fur is now super silky and soft. can't beat that for a relatively affordable healthy food.

Finally, a food all of my cats will eat!I have three really picky eaters: one with food allergies, one with chronic health issues, and another who just doesn't like most foods and throws up a lot. We've tried many foods, and at least one cat would either turn up their nose and/or be violently allergic to it. Through online research, I came across mention of this food as being a good one, and was happy to find that Amazon carried it. I mixed this in with their other dry food to introduce them to it slowly, but no dice- they picked out only the Farmina kibble and ate that. Now they come running when they see the bag and are excited to eat. Plus no one has thrown up or chewed themselves to pieces, so five stars!

I have a very picky kitten i guess.I have Welness core, blue buffalo, orijen and Instinct food -all grain free -in my pantry and the only reaction i get when trying to feed any of them to my kitten is a sequence of -sniff..."oh how gross"..."bury"...cry for food...She eats canned food from the same companies without much fuss but i really wanted to have some dry food i can leave out for her when i am not home and during the night. I bought this hoping it wont end up like the rest of the bags of expensive food that she wont touch, so when the amazon box came and she jumped out of her sleeping nest BEFORE i even opened the shipping box i knew this one is the keeper.Yay!!! She gobbled it up even though her favorite wet food Wellness CORE was in the bowl right next to this one. Finally I feel like my dry food search is finally over

Our cats now come running when I open a bag of dry food. Never before in the history of dry cat food has this happened in our house. The food smells good, but isn't overly strong, so it must be something that cats can just smell. The ingredients are high quality. The fish is sourced from the North Sea. The food is made in Italy and is extremely popular in Europe. I have noticed since switching to Farmina that my cats eat less of this dry food, because of the superior protein content and their poops are fewer.

She eats it better than others I have tried. I like that because ingredients are good quality.
