This is the best of scooters EV Rider TeQno from AA Trading Zone, I have the beautiful red scooter and it is breath taking of how beautiful it looks. It is a fast scooter and I love it. My son took it out for a ride and loved it so much I ended up giving him a early Christmas gift. The company has excellent customer service and Mr.Jamal Safdar was very happy to send me a second scooter.

This scooter folds and opens at the touch of a button. It is easy on/off, has good battery life and is a very comfortable ride.

I purchased this pricy scooter less than a year ago. Battery is already shot!!! Date on battery is 2001. I’ve been searching for a battery for 3 months and no one has them. Manufacturer can’t even provide me one! Seller will not contact me to rectify this matter! Don’t waste your money on this seller or product!!!

Dealer (Mobility Scooter Direct in FL) and manufacturer EV Rider are both absolutely impossible to deal with and each blames the other for the problems, and why they can't do something.They wouldn't even overnight me a Fob battery saying it wasn't under warranty.Old lithium battery pooped out at 7 months, new one cost $900.00. naturally this battery isn't covered under warranty either.Their highly technical and thoroughly vetted explanation of why I was having issues tops ALL the excuses I have heard in my 7 decades on the planet.They told me the reason why I was losing range was because I was too light at 145, it was designed and rated for 245 lbs.So I replied "If one buys that theory, a 300 pound jockey could ride a Shetland 🐎 pony and win the Kentucky Derby."None of the gauges work properly, haven't from the start but no one cares, either the the dealer or manufacturer.Customer service as a priority doesn't exist because (I'm guessing) they won't be doing repeat business as the owner won't be living much longer, so who cares.Both EV Rider and Mobility Scooters Direct should be ashamed, but hey! We got the 💰 money, our job here is done.Gave up on trying to get satisfaction and bought another scooter of a different brand at another dealer.I figured at $900.00 for a new battery I was already half of the way to 4 wheels and a seat.I hope the dealership and MFG go under.

Easy to operate. Push button opens it and closes it. Moved quickly. Good looking. Easy to push when closed. Cool gadgets and great color.
