Great bag. Perfect for what I needed.
First of all, the written description in the box clearly states this product is not waterproof. That seems to be a big deal for some folks. The materials this is made of are waterproof.I was thrilled with the quality of the bag. It was made well and the materials are quality. The outer layer is similar to cordura, a kind of a nylon-polyester fabric that wears well. The inside is a plastic that, by itself, would not be worth anything. However, the two combined makes a really nice mid-weight duty bag that would be perfect for the occasional user. This bag is NOT a commercial grade product. The zipper is on the heavy duty side and works well. The bag opens up completely to make it load or unload easily. There is an ample gusset covering the zipper to help repel rain, snow and dirt. The tie down straps are quality and also mid-weight. I didn't measure the bag but it looks all of what the description says. All in all, I think the bag will be very water and dirt repellant and I am very satisfied with it.

Great product!
Just traveled for 3 months through 9 states with this bag on the back of my camper. Went through some nasty storms on the way but when I got home and unpacked it everything was bone dry and the bag was in excellent shape! Not one drop of water or anything else got in this thing. Very pleased with the quality. Highly recommend!

Attachments are a bit awkward
Ordered this bag to go with the CargoLoc 32500 Carrier. The bag works and is weather proof, but leaves a bit to be desired. The attachments to the cargo carrier are notoriously difficult to secure well enough to keep the bag in place, especially if the bag is less than full, which leaves very, very long trailing ends for the straps that are awkward to tie up to keep from dragging on the road. Just wrap them around and around and knot them out of the way was the only solution I could come up with. The fuller the bag is, the less issues there are. Seems to work better packed with square items: Coolers, totes, boxes, etc. However, a cargo bag is definitely the way to go to keep your items dry, clean and secure while traveling. I definitely don't regret owning this, I just wish the attachments were a bit more secure and less awkward.

Great extra space as needed.
Very well build product. Excellent fit and very strong. Light and easily removable.Took me less then 10 minutes to install. Needed two adjustable wrenches.Make sure to loosely fully assemble before tightening screws to get good fit.Work greats with suitcase and bike (with extra homemade vertical post) while I travel.

Roomy and water-resistant!
Bought this to go with my aluminum cargo basket for my trip out of state with three cats. I used the bag to keep their litter box and other supplies dry while on the road. This worked perfectly! I removed the straps and just used bungie cords.

Get some ratchet tie down straps with this PLEASE!
I'm very happy with the value received for the product.1. Assembled pretty quickly and seemed very solid.2. Don't rip the 1 page instructions in half like I did when trying to get them out of the bag. Just leave them in the clear plastic bag.3. Assemble on a work table for comfort, and will allow you to take the time to do progressive rounds of tightening as everything settles.I hauled a 120qt cooler of 100lbs of meat about 1200 miles, no problems.I do recommend that when you buy this, you also buy some turnbuckles to hold whatever you put on it in place. For my peace of mind when following behind you on the road someday, DO NOT USE bungie cords or any kind of elastic connection, or rope unless you are a competent knotter.Great for when the trailer is too much, but the truck canopy isn't enough.

Disappointing
Does not hold back anything more than light drizzle. No competition for rain or road spray

Good bag, bad straps
Overall, quite satisfied with the bag. Zippers are large and covered by a flap to keep the water out. Didn't drive through a downpour, but a mild drizzle didn't get anything wet. The included straps are a huge pain and seemed flimsy, so I discarded them and used my own from the beginning.
