Somewhat cheap fruit flavoring but it is a real gum
The mastic flavor seems to be the most popular at the moment but they make a few other flavors that I can't seem to find anywhere in the us but this one on Amazon while cheap is a good/cheap real gum

Hit and miss, so make sure you check quickly.
I've ordered it on occasion from the same provider and once I found it came in shelf-worthy shape and the other time it was way too dry, which was not good for flavor, or mouth feel. I used it anyway since I was doing it for jaw exercises, but it would have been unacceptable otherwise.So, be sure to get the best rated provider you can and check quality quickly.
