simple to install
overall simple to install and easy replacement. Note they also supply screwdrivers

Great replacement for original battery that came with laptop
After a number of years the original battery in the laptop wouldn't power it for more than 10 minutes. So finally broke down and bought this replacement. Battery comes with little screwdrivers. Watched a YouTube that shows how easy it is to pop the back off and replace the battery - and indeed it was easy. Maybe 15 minutes from start to finish. So far the battery lasts for hours after being fully charged.

Battery Life
I love this product. It was delivered on time in perfect condition. It was quite easy and straightforward to install. the battery life is amazing. As I type, the indications are that at 72% i have four (4)!! hours remaining.This is a major plus, as i no longer have to drag a power cord with me when i am on a networking project.I would recommend this to anyone in need of a great battery

Renewed an older laptop
I have a 2018 Inspiron 7373 2-in-1 whose main purpose nowadays is as an OBS control center for streaming hockey games. The OEM battery started failing and bulging, causing warping on the keyboard and trackpad. Installation of the battery was pretty straight-forward, except you need a super-thin flathead screwdriver separate the bottom of the laptop from the keyboard/trackpad tray.Post-installation, my laptop says it now gets 4-5 hours after being fully charged. A new lease on life on a 4-year-old laptop.

Shipped quickly and easy to install. No issues it has only been a week.

Shuts down
Bought this as a replacement, had geek squad install it so I know it’s in correctly. It’ll say it’s fully charged and then just randomly shut down— then when I plug the charger in & turn it back on it’ll say it’s at 75-80%, not dead.Not sure what the issue is, but I’d buy a better battery instead of this one

Perfect replacement!
Original battery went bye bye and to have it replaced by someone else was too expensive. This fit just like the OEM and took about 10 minutes to replace. The battery life is back to the same as when the laptop was brand new.

My computer is still not charged
This battery couldn’t charge, it didn’t help to turn up my laptop
