This is something I took as a child. It's a great product.

It is cod liver oil and it tastes like cod liver oil. Nevertheless, I notice a subtle but significant change in my mood, energy levels, and sleep when I use it regularly.People taking cod liver oil should be aware that it is *very* high in vitamin A and too much vitamin A can cause liver problems, hair loss, and other nasty stuff. The take home message: a little is good; more is not better.

This is a great product. It doesnt take bad and goes down easy. Cod liver oil has many health benifits. I primary took some for increasing vitamin D and good fats since I was high in HDL and low in LDL.The prodct is in a plastic container and had no off notes in terms of flavor or texture. A very solid choice in price and prodcut. I would reccomend this one.

pretty pricy. but what should it cost?I didn't make it....and yes it tastes like fish oil but it's bearable. I mean, it's not an ice cream topping. is it? ewww...
