While my dog does have minor tear stains (which seem to be going away) that is not the reason I purchased this item. My dog has allergies and her eyes are constantly running because of it. Even though, I tried to keep her face clean when bathing to remove any pollen, dust and other irritants causing the problem, it was not working. I did not want to use soap and take a chance of it getting in her eyes so I just used warm water on a face cloth which was not helping. These wipes have worked exceptionally well and in less than 1 week, the constant tears running from her eyes have totally stopped. I use them to wipe around and over her eyes, over her nose and basically her whole face (she is a small dog, approx. 40 lbs). I wipe downward over her eyes so they are closed to prevent getting the solution in her eyes as recommended. Then, I take the wipe and clean out her ears too. The weight and texture of the wipe is excellent for cleaning the ears (and face), not to heavy and not to lightweight. The natural herbal remedy is soothing to her and while she was not happy with it at first; on the 3rd time, she actually laid down for me to to wipe her face showing me that she liked it now. I verified each ingredient is very safe on the skin and is often recommended for skin conditions. But apparently actual pieces from an aloe vera plant or licorice extract eaten whole would NOT be good so if you have a dog that will chew or eat anything, do not lay these down where it can consume them. I highly recommend these wipes for routine cleaning of face and ears, especially for dogs with allergies.

Bought this to use for our new puppy that has a very light face. It does a great job cleaning the eye boogies. It’s gentle and works really well.

I wrote review below about product. Company provided full refund so I changed review from 2 to 4 stars. Still would like product change to more natural/no perfume scent. I do use their eye pads for our cats and they are decent (also feel like they could be more natural, but they are usable.)Bought these for being advertised as “natural”. Some of the ingredients are great. But there’s a strong scent to it that smells like perfume- not herbals. I used a couple on our cats and am afraid to use any more. Please take out whatever is creating that scent. Also lavender is not necessary and may irritate cats mouth- suggest using colloidal silver instead

This worked great to clean my little poodles fur under his eyes that tear frequently.

These eye wipes are a good quality, natural product that are very moist for cleaning your pet's eyes. However, I use these on a smaller sized dog who needs tear stain maintenance as well as a cat with an eye condition--so, the one size the wipes come in are a little too big to use well with smaller pets. I also feel like I am wasting half of the eye wipe after using on smaller pets. If you need these for a larger dog or other pet though, these are a good choice.

My two dogs love eating anything and everything they can find in our yard, which makes their breath disgusting. These are an absolute game-changer! While they don't like the actual process of wiping their teeth, they are so obsessed with the smell and flavor of these wipes that they will run to me when I get them out. They smell nice to me and are very easy to use. Just be careful that you hold onto them tightly, my dogs would literally eat these if they could!

I rescued a Maltipoo from the shelter and I was excited to clean him up. These wipes DID come in very quickly...however, they did not work for me...not even a little bit! And...that are not returnable.

We own a Maltese with allergies on top of the normal eye “weeping” that goes with the breed. I have been buying and trying different “tear stain” wipes to keep the dark stains and gunk cleared from her eyes. This is the first product I have tried that actually loosens the buildup and cleans it off. I also use a tiny toothed comb to comb out the loosened build up. Of course, she does not like her face cleaned, but she shows no sign of discomfort from the TrueBlue Eye Wipes. It does not completely remove the dark stain, but it certainly keeps it under control and I can see the build up on the pad as I wipe her eyes. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a product to clean your pet’s eye stains. TrueBlue Eye Wipes is my new go-to product to clean our Maltese’s eyes!

I have a small Havanese dog so it is a significant challenge trying to use these wipes with her since my fingers are too large for her little mouth. She does seem to enjoy the flavour. My solution, since I didn't want to throw out the whole container, is to put one pad into her drinking water each day until I finish the product. The ingredients are all safe and wholesome, so I figure why not infuse her water with these products and get other benefits if not for the teeth. I don't know how this product works for teeth specifically since I was not able to use it on my dog. But the ingredients are great so I imagine if used on a larger dog daily, this product would surely help the dog's teeth.

We have been using these ear wipes for quite some time, we use a solution to clean inside the dog's ear and rub the ear gently and once he shakes his head we use these wipes to clean the outer part of his ear. Love them! There is no sent to them, No harsh chemicals and they are full of moisture and work great.

So cool and refreshing. Take out of the fridge relax.

I have been using the wipes on a daily basis to clean the creases at the side of my bulldog puppies eyes. It is extremely gentle and leaves the delicate skin clean without any redness. It also helps to prevent the "rust coloured" marks often seen on Bulldogs eye creases. They are expensive, however They are large and half a wipe is more than sufficient for each eye.

They work well and my dog doesn’t mind the taste. Easy to use as well
