Candy Apple Red Aerosol Paint 3.5oz

This was my first time spraying an rc body and using this brand of paint and wow was I not disappointed. One can gave exactly two normal coats to my 1/10 proline raptor body. I would recommend LIGHT coats and take your time and you won't be disappointed. Would definetly buy again. I used two coats of candy apple red, two coats of silver, finally two coats of black

Used this paint for a blood splatter effect over top of metallic gold paint. It worked perfectly! Keep in mind the metallic undercoat is the key to this product looking it's best.

I was looking for a translucent paint that i could back with black, i wasent oing for the candy apple look.... i had had a picture in my head of what i wanted and this paint delivered. i also tried two other spaz backer colors so this review would be accurate, i tried spaz metallic silver as a backer and i tried spaz mirror chrome. both backer paints gave it the candy look but if you are looking for a nice deep candy i would suggest spaz chrome as a backer with this paint. i will post a link with all examples and my rc body once donee

Works good but more than one can is needed per body.

I would rate this paint right up there with Tamiya and Fastcolor. They have a tasty range of hot colors. The candy apple red, when backed by silver or white is awesome! Very deep look. It coats well and dries pretty quickly between coats (20 min). The price is right too. I think the new kid in town will do very well.

Painted my SCX10 iii with this and loving it. Two cans to paint the inside and then silver over it to get it to pop!!!!

Horrible paint. very transparent, did not cover and when backer paint is applied (same brand) backer will be the final color. spits paint globs everywhere. Ruined $100 armma limitless body. Never again!!!!

I used Spaz stix prep paint coat ( A clear coat to eliminate fingerprints and swirls) 1 light coat.About 3 or 4 light coats of spaz stix candy apple red( a transparent red paint)Last; 2 light coats of silver metallic backer/paint, you can see the silver through the red, giving it depth.If you want a darker or more maroon color use black backer.I highly recommend the silver backer.
