Lycopene is red. Why are these capsules not red?

The capsules are colorless and transparent. The contained powder is pale yellow-to-pink. I think the color is consistent with the label: 50 mg of 5% lycopene in a total weight (including capsule) of 640 mg.

I have bought other brands of lycopene and the powder in the capsule is red. But why is this lycopene powder white?

I no longer use this brand and I don't know why it's white. I know use NusaPure Lycopene & Lutein Complex 50 mg. The powder is reddish orange. Hope this helps you.

Even protein powder raises one's blood sugar. The rate of digestion is what is important Protein powder digests more rapidly than tissues can utilize it and the liver converts the excess into glucose. Working backward, a blood level of 80 mg per deciliter translates to about 8 grams of glucose in circulation. Just 8 grams of pure glucose is less than 2 teaspoons. The same 8 grams of protein powder would result in almost the same blood glucose. Muscle can absorb glucose more rapidly than you can digest it. Eat minimally processed foods and start working out. You won't need to ask about "how many carbs".
