I've tried several different brands of Arborio, and this one is really great. It doesn't have the really wide variation in grain quality that I've had with some other brands where some of the grains have turned to mush and some of them are still crunchy. These all cook to a nice creamy texture with individual grains that are soft but not mushy. We have this on subscribe-and-save!

This Arborio Rice is among the best I have used and I have been making Risotto for 30 years. Excellent value without ANY compromise to quality. MANGIA!

This rice is so good, I cannot find this quality in local grocery stores. The price is very reasonable and the vacuum sealed packing was a pleasant surprise. It has a nice 'chew' and makes a hearty meal. I have made risotto, fried rice, dirty rice, chicken rice casserole, paella an red beans and rice. My family has 'spirited' away with a few boxes.

Initially I was thrilled to at least I see no bugs! But after using it I am even happier. Good stuff!

The Farro and Arborio were delicious! Very flavorful, easy to make and goes well as a side dish or a meal in itself! I would recommend to everyone as a healthy snack or dinner! Goes great with chicken or fish. Highly recommended!

Cooks slow, doesn't absorb broth too quickly, not starchy - great for al dente prep.
