I haven't been using it long. But I am starting to see a difference in my dark spots on my face. If I continue to use it consistently I really feel that my dark spots will be faded back to my normal skin complexion within 12 weeks timing. The product is great and a small dot covers all the spots on my face. It's light and I haven't had an allergic reaction or dryness from using this product. It's most definitely a thumbs up for me.

I was worried about getting this because it had little reviews but I’m glad I did. I purchased this for my upper lip as a women the shadow is not cute so I need something to make my skin tone even. I’ve only been using this product for a week now and it has faded my upper lip significantly. The smell is soft not harsh, it’s a bit sticky before it drys and will dry your skin out so use a light lotion after. The quality is great I love it and will be ordering more.

Im African American and just started to use this product about 4 days. I use it twice a day. First the product is well formulated. It contains hydrating ingredients (sodium hyaluronate, glycerin, water,etc) that permeate the skin barrier nicely. It plays well with other serums that I use. I use this after I use my SKII first treatment essence. I have already noticed that the hyperpigmented spots are drying and peeling. So they will peel away and reveal new skin. I will continue to update my feedback every two weeks. Remember to use sunscreen with this product. I have sensitive skin and have not noticed any skin sensitivity or dryness. I do use a moisturizer and sunscreen after I apply this.12/13/2024: I had a follow up appointment with my esthetician who noticed an immediate difference in the hyperpigmented spots and overall health of my skin. The spots have lightened in two weeks. Yes they are still there as this is not a miracle product. It sloughly exfoliates the dark spots and every time you wash your face, you will see dead skin cells falling off and revealing fresh dewy skin. Another thing, is that it is not disturbing my very sensitive skin. I dont use any strong actives ( retin a, tretinoin, glycolic acid), so this does not impact me. If you are on strong actives, you may notice a slight sensitivity. I will come back in two weeks.01/07/2025: In the last 3 weeks, lots of dead skin have been sloughing off and the darks spots have lightened even more. My skin is sensitive and I do feel that it has slightly disturned my skin barrier especially since its winter. I will reduce my use to once a day at night. I was using it twice a day. I get monthly hydrafacials and my esthetician noticed that my skin was tighter. I will stop the product one week before my next hydrafacials. If you receive any skin care procedure, I recommend that you do the same. Other than that, so far so good. Most of the dark spots have lightened and even the 1 raised scar has flattened. This product is very good.

I decided to give them a try after seeing the negative comments. I received a bottle with whatever substance that is. To verify its authenticity, I visit Ulta and discover one with a pump, the liquid was not dark and it definitely didn’t have that strange substance in the pump. Please save your time and money and don’t buy this!

Seems to work well, not a miracle cream but helping.

First: this serum does seem to reduce redness and scarring. I'm terrible about picking at my skin (even the tiniest dot), so this helps undo some of the discoloration and potential scarring. I'd say it works!Second: I did a bunch of research about ingredients and this serum is a very good value for the money. It feels weird to buy a random brand on Amazon (vs. something at Sephora) but I'm tired of paying for marketing and hype. Also, while it's not super-important to me, the bottle and pump feel high-end.And third: I have insanely sensitive skin -- I can barely use anything. No, seriously, I had a 5-day medical patch test and figured out that something like 90% of skincare products are a no-go for me (even CereVe). This serum does not contain any ingredients that bother me and it's proven out on my skin: no irritation. Most people are not as sensitive, but if you are, it's so great to find products that work. I agree with another user to shake the bottle before each use, unfortunately, I didn't know this when I started and then finished the bottle (I read about it just now as I was getting ready to rate the product).This lack of shaking the bottle has a couple things that it impacts:1. By not shaking the bottle meant a lot of different variations in the quality that dispensed, sometimes thinner or thicker with each use, and that caused burning on the skin during some of those (thicker distributions.2. By not shaking the bottle with each use, in the end there was a lot of the heavier product left in the bottom of the bottle, and even leaving it upside down never was able to use that product (further emphasizing the uneven distribution problem listed in number 1).3. The CAGE at the bottle neck makes it impossible to get all the product out as the stopper/dropper cannot be manipulated at an angle while tipping the bottle to create a larger pool of product. This problem was further compounded by earlier lack of shaking and thick product not being easily moved within the bottle. Eventually I removed the neck-cage and tried unsuccessfully to get the contents which was still a fail even after turning on end. The Bottle is in need of modification, or the dispensing system needs modified.Overall, I think the product seems to work, though it seemed better in the beginning and then after a while nothing really seemed to be making any difference. I may or may not try it again, I am currently using a different company and will make a decision after that.

This is my second purchase, but the spots on my face still have no effect. I will stick with it.
