Thanking the engineering team who built this portable fridge. It takes some time for cooling but nevertheless it cools effectively for a low powered operation, good tht both the AC and DC inlets are available for using in home and vehicle

Regarding a Black+Decker portable cooler I purchased recently from Amazon India. The product has turned out to be completely ineffective in maintaining cool temperatures for beverages. It does not perform as advertised and is practically useless for its intended purpose.I attempted to contact Amazon customer care, but unfortunately, I did not receive any proper response. I also approached a Black+Decker service center, but they refused to provide support, claiming that the product is not genuine and labelled it as a fake. This has left me frustrated and without any proper channel to resolve the issue. I strongly advise others to avoid this product and seller.

Good space, bulit quality Excellent. very steady. Regarding Cooling & Heating tried at home as well as car. Not much of a difference, results were pretty same in the car as well as home. Cooling & Heating takes time depending on the surrounding temperature. It took almost 4-5 hours to cool some water bottle in the fridge. Heating is s bit faster in my experience. I would suggest its best to keep it running in the house 4-5 hours before you go on a long drive. Once its cooled or heated for 4-5 hours, then it performs very well and keeps your beverages cool or warm constantly. You cant expect it cool or heat right away once you start per my experience.

Must have product. I use it during travelling. Have both AC and DC. Kept food cool during riad trips and keeps bottles cold at home use too. Small fridge which is easy to use.Design and fit is awesome. Value for money.

Amazing fridge on the go. Have been using it on road trips for past one year. Very useful in summer trips. Trick is to plug it in for couple of hours before the trip and use 8-10 ice packs. Keeps everything cool for 24-48 hours. All my friends have been impressed with this one and many got it as well.

Quality is so poor and cooling is nothing guys please I myself got fool please don't buy it's very product i cant get refund because there is no policy but guys please don't get fooled

---Disappointed with the Product – Doesn’t Serve Its PurposeThis product was a disappointment for me. While I had read that it’s a cooler and not a car refrigerator, I still expected it to at least maintain the temperature of pre-cooled drinks for a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet even that basic expectation.According to the description, it lowers the internal temperature by 15–20°C from the ambient temperature. On a summer day, the inside of a car can easily reach above 40°C, so even with continuous power, the internal temperature of the box would be around 20-25°C—not a ideal temp for cooled drinks ( ac off and car is parked)I tested it by placing pre-chilled drinks (around 4–5°C) from my refrigerator into the cooler. Within 10–15 minutes, the drinks had noticeably warmed up. It didn’t even function well as a simple insulated box to maintain cold temperatures. Forget about keeping ice in it .Now it’s just lying unused in my home—a complete waste, unfortunately.The only positives are:Good build qualitySturdy materialsLocking handleEasy to carryBut what’s the use if it doesn’t fulfill its main purpose?I couldn’t return the product because by the time I realized its shortcomings, the return window had closed.---

It's beautiful and rugged that one could love to have, I am returning this cause if I put chilled or frozen items it looses chilledness in 2-3 hours even if it turned on and frozen items start getting soft. It's good just to keep water or drinks in a drinkable cold form for long run but again somewhere we need to refill and it will almost need 5-6 hrs more to make it cold. My suggestion to OEM that box quality is excellent but one has to carry two boxes one traditional ICE box to keep frozen items and chilled drinks for around 18 hours and this box for cool water and juices. So better do some modifications to accomodate both in one box as car space constraints is a gunuine requirement here in India, If you can do this by increasing some price then also this box will sell like anything and people will love to have such wonderful designed electric boxFeeling sad to return such a beautiful box and good brand :-(
