High quality ALA at a good price.
I have been taking ALA for years and have tried many brands. You can tell if a brand is using high quality ALA and has the stated mg by the colour. The tablets should be a light yellow colour and not white. Also I know this is TMI but it also makes your pee smell funny! This brand doesn't disappoint and this is my second pack I have purchased. I like the eco packaging too and good value without the use of fillers or binders too. It has numerous health benefits and I find it helpful for sleep, skin health and for detox too.
