The garage door opener IS WORKING
After having a company install a new electric garage door it stopped operating. When I called the installer they could come out for $165. Really??? Meanwhile an employee suggested a new battery and a can of spray on the springs. For less than $12 it's runs beautifully. And I didn't have to go to one of the big hardware store - the battery came to me in a day or two.

It’s a 9 volt battery. What’s to figure out. Put it in the smoke detector, close the cover, tap the button. Done.

It works
I used it in my multi meter. it seems good but only time will tell if it holds up and lasts long

Eveready 9 volt battery
The Eveready 9volt batteries are good replacement batteries for garage door openers and also for smoke detectors. ItWorks better and last longer than some of the other name batteries.

Not made in america.sticker was placed over info ,So it was difficult to see... if not impossible.will use in garage door key pad.EOD on battery bottom... 11 2026it's just a 9 volt battery . About the right price .
