Has some somunflower in it.
It is good but expect a small amount of sunflower seed in it. It is not a problem for what I am using it for and it is a very small amount.

I've wanted to befriend local wild life and this is definitely helping I think or atleast keeping them closer, beware if you have lots of neighborhood cats though

The birds seem to like it, especialy the cardinals and doves. Price seems a little high but it still gets the job done.
