Only marinade my husband will use!
If the bottle gets low, I know it's time to order another. My husband will only use Claude's with whatever he may be grilling on the smoker. If you haven't tried it, you're missing out. The flavor is amazing! We are always having guests comment, asking what was used. Well, Claude's, of course!

Awesome
Have used Claude's BBQ Brisket Marinade for years. Works great with 'cheap' cuts of beef and with venison. You can take a cheap roast and put a half cup of Claude's in bottom of square/rectangle pan. Top the roast with another half cup of Claude's, cover with foil and place in a 250 degree (F) oven for 3-5 hours (depending on weight, maybe even 6 hours) and you will have a fork tender roast.

Only way we make brisket!
We marinate our brisket in this for about 4 days before throwing it on the smoker. Excellent marinade and we get a ton of compliments.
