I love this lupin. I use it as a rice substitute and in pancakes, grits, bread or panko replacement in recipes. This is a staple product I purchase regularly and is a must-have in my house as I am low carb and do not eat bread, pasta, or rice.

Love this product!!
After being on a keto lifestyle I missed the cheese grits my family enjoys, especially around the holidays.. Found a youtube video mentioning the ground lupin bean product .. purchased them and I love this product! Easy to prepare.. and I add butter,velvetta cheese, garlic powder, seasoned salt and a dash of hot sauce... Sometimes I bake them..mostly I just serve them hot and enjoy them with my dinner!! Will continue to purchase and enjoy (makes it easy to stay on the keto lifestyle for sure!!)
