Missing items and damage
Very disappointed to set up the night before to find items missing and damage to the unit

Unique toy
I love that this is wooden, but wish it was made from a stronger wood. Great once set up takes absolutely hours to build! Ours had a break in it but amazon rectified the issue promptly. My 3 year old uses this daily

Great item but poor quality
The product arrived in a damaged box. We have just built it for my daughter's birthday. She loves it but for the hefty price it is so disappointing that pieces are missing, the product is dirty and the edges are all peeling and chipped. I love Melissa and Doug products but this just is such a disappointment.

I need a replacement 😢
I paid a lot of money for my daughters birthday present for it to come out the box like this I had to go ahead and put it together as my daughter wouldn’t of had anything for her bday as I am a single mum and have 4 children I saved to buy her this as she had seen it on the tv on adley I’m so disappointed at this as I buy a lot off this site please could you help to replace broken pieces or replace her item 😢thank you
